NAYA By Africa is looking for anexperienced Operations Manager to build and manage the operational systems thatkeep production, warehousing, and distribution running smoothly. You'll ownprocurement and supply planning, supplier management, inventory strategy,logistics, and facilities — playing a central role in restructuring NAYA'soperations and building the systems needed to support growth.

KeyResponsibilities

● Developpurchasing plans and manage supplier sourcing, negotiation, and performance

● Establishinventory policies (reorder points, safety stock) and oversee Warehouse &Inventory Associates

● Coordinatedistribution and replenishment across retail, wholesale, and e-commercechannels

● Leadimplementation of Unleashed Software for inventory and operations

● DocumentSOPs and drive continuous improvement across procurement, warehousing, andfacilities

● Overseefacilities and preventive maintenance programmes

● Partnerclosely with Production, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Finance

Requirements

● Bachelor'sdegree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Logistics, orrelated field

● Minimum5 years' relevant experience, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, cosmetics, food,or pharmaceuticals

● Experiencemanaging procurement, inventory, logistics, or operational systems (ERP/MRPexperience a plus)

● StrongExcel and data-management skills; strong supplier negotiation experience
